Thanks to the Food department for filling the school with lots of delicious smells last week!
This is what everyone was up to...
Year 7 - Making scones and bread making- looking at the science behind the practical.
Year 8 - World Food - Enchiladas!
Year 9 - Food issues and food science- looking at coagulation, making frittata, and the ethics of intensive versus free range farming.
Year 10 - Mini NEA1 food experiments looking at the function of ingredients in bread.
Year 11- lots of revision, exam questions and looking at food presentation and upskilling dishes.
